Terms & Conditions: Birthday Giveaway

Prize:

The prize consists of two (2) bundles which each include the following products:

1 x birthday bouquet handcrafted by posy people.

1 x chow cacao birthday cookie caramel plant based chocolate

1 x good living only bio cellulose treatment mask

1 x choice of maybe sammy 100ml cocktail OR 1 x 4 pack dayse functional spritzer (mocktails)

1 x yasmine goods handmade floral earing charms

1 x posy people scrunchie

1 x personalised polaroid

1 x delivery within our service area on chosen Friday/Saturday to be nominated by winner

The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative product. The flower arrangement may vary from the image used in promotional materials due to seasonal availability.

Eligibility:

The Gift Bundle Giveaway is open to residents of Australia only and can only be delivered to addresses within our service area mentioned here

Participants must be 18 years or older at the time of entry.

How to Enter:

To enter the giveaway, participants must:

1. tag a friend in the comments section.

2. share the giveaway post to your story.

3. follow @posy.people instagram account.

Each tagged friend counts as one entry. Participants can tag multiple friends for additional entries.

Giveaway Period:

The Giveaway begins on Friday 12th April 2024 at 9am (AEST) and ends on Wednesday 1st May 2024 at 9am (AEST). Entries submitted after the closing date will not be valid.

Winner Selection:

The winner will be randomly selected from eligible entries using a random comment picker tool.

The winner will be announced on Wednesday May 1st via our Instagram stories and via DM.

The winner must respond to the winner announcement within 48 hours to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond within this timeframe, another winner will be selected.

Shipping:

The prize can only be delivered to addresses within our service area mentioned here If the winner resides outside this area, the prize will be shipped to the winner's provided addresses within our service area. Shipping costs will be covered by posy people

General Terms:

This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram.

By participating in the Giveaway, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
